“On Monday, March 2, 2009, our lives changed more than I thought.  Mom agreed to go to Quail Summit as a resident in the Assisted Living Unit …The Harbor.  I needed her to be safe, especially since I was caring for my husband.  Everyone at Quail Summit made my Mom’s transition extremely pleasant.  That same day, in the evening, my husband, John passed away.
